About My Childminding
Childminding is my main work and my passion. I care for children in a friendly, home-based setting where they can play, learn, rest and feel completely at ease — with a familiar daily rhythm and plenty of one-to-one attention.
Every child settles differently, so I take time to learn their routine, interests and needs, and I keep parents updated throughout the day.
Types of Childcare
Care can be regular, wraparound or occasional — the right fit depends on the days and hours you need.
Ages 0–12
Care for babies, toddlers and school-age children, adapted to each stage.
Regular Childcare
Ongoing weekly childcare built around your family's routine.
Wraparound Care
Support around the school day, including before and after school.
Occasional Care
Individual days where availability allows — please ask.

Days are gently structured so children always know what comes next, with space for plenty of fun in between.

I'm Sheridan, the owner of Ducks & Dollys Childminding. I've spent years caring for children and I run my setting with warmth, patience and a lot of laughter.
I'm CIW registered, DBS checked and fully insured, and I'm always happy to answer questions before you decide on childcare.

What ages do you care for?
Children aged 0 to 12 years, from babies through to school-age children.
Do you have availability?
Availability changes throughout the year and depends on the days and hours you need. Please get in touch and I'll let you know what I can offer.
What are your fees?
Childminding fees depend on the days and hours required, so I provide a personal quote when you enquire.
How do we get started?
Send an enquiry with the days and hours you're looking for. If I have space we'll arrange a chat and a visit so you and your child can meet me.
